Salary: 20 500 - 24 500 PLN net + VAT (B2B) / 17 000 - 20 500 PLN gross (UoP) + uncapped sales commission (bonus)

As a Business Development Manager, you will act as a high-impact hunter focused on the US market, identifying and securing six-figure partnerships by transforming cold outreach into strategic, value-driven conversations. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, representing our elite technical brand at global conferences to turn high-level networking into long-term enterprise contracts.

As a Business Development Manager you will: 

  • Have full ownership of the sales cycle - from initial outreach to the final handshake.

  • Identify and engage high-profile enterprise leads, primarily in the US market, using a "hunter" approach to open doors and initiate conversations from scratch.

  • Take full ownership of the sales pipeline, driving six-figure partnerships from the first touchpoint through to contract signature.

  • Apply the Challenger Sales methodology to position Callstack’s premium technical expertise, focusing on ROI and strategic value rather than competing on price.

  • Represent Callstack at industry-leading tech conferences and business meetings worldwide, turning high-level networking into tangible business opportunities.

  • Design and execute your own outreach strategies, leveraging our strong technical brand and marketing support to reach decision-makers at innovation-driven companies.

  • Partner with our engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to prepare technical proposals and leverage expert knowledge to close complex deals.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically within the React Native ecosystem and AI-powered solutions, to consult clients on tomorrow’s technology today.

Job requirements

You are the right candidate if you have: 

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT/software services industry, with a documented history of closing high-value (six-figure) deals.

  • An approach of a self-starter who is energized by cold outreach, building new networks, and navigating complex enterprise organizations to find the right stakeholders.

  • Experience with value-based selling and the ability to challenge a client’s thinking to provide better solutions.

  • The ability to not just follow a process, but to bring your own ideas to the table and independently execute business development plans.

  • Communication: Fluent English (C1/C2 level) is a must, with the ability to speak confidently and persuasively to C-level executives and technical leaders.

  • Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle and the ability to speak expertly about the React Native/Cross-platform ecosystem.

  • Readiness to travel internationally to represent the company at top-tier events and face-to-face client meetings.
