Salary: 20 500 - 24 500 PLN net + VAT (B2B) / 17 000 - 20 500 PLN gross (UoP) + uncapped sales commission (bonus)

Who we’re looking for?

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Manager with a hunter’s mindset and a proven track record in closing high-value deals.

We’re looking for someone who gets a thrill from opening doors, starting conversations from scratch, and turning them into six-figure partnerships. Someone who’s strategic, relentless, and knows how to position value - not just pricing.

From day one, you’ll take the lead in driving your own outreach, building relationships, and closing deals with high-profile clients - especially in the US market. You’ll be the face of Callstack at industry-leading conferences and business meetings around the globe, turning interest into opportunity. Your job is to keep the pipeline strong and deals moving.

We’ll back you with a powerful technical brand, support from our marketing and engineering teams, and access to top-tier events. But we’ll also expect you to bring your own ideas to the table - and run with them.
