Currently, we are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing who will develop and run comprehensive marketing strategy and lead the Marketing team at Callstack.

As a Head of Marketing you will:

  • Lead and manage Callstack’s Marketing Department (currently 10 people)

  • Develop and drive execution of the organization’s marketing strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing tactics that drive sales and revenue by generating high quality sales qualified leads

  • Collaborate with C-level executives, mainly with Chief Sales Officer to align marketing strategies with overall business goals

  • Drive the company's brand strategy and positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels

  • Identify new business opportunities and innovative growth strategies through market analysis and customer interviews

  • Utilize data analytics and metrics to inform marketing decisions and report on campaign performance

  • Oversee market research and analysis to understand trends and market insights

  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising

  • Direct the creation of engaging content that communicates the brand's message effectively

  • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing activities deliver a strong return on investment

  • Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels

  • Drive growth through our React Universe conf and React Conf in collaboration with Meta as well as managing other lead generating events

  • Nurture and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the community and with our partners (Meta, Vercel, etc…)

Job requirements

You are the right candidate if you have:

  • At least 10 years of proven experience in marketing and at least 5 years of experience in senior management positions

  • Excellent management and leadership skills with ability to organize, structure and manage complex projects and innovations

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth

  • Experience and understanding of operating within professional B2B IT services business model companies

  • Experience in working with US based customer

  • Experience in planning, managing, and executing multi-channel & multi-segment marketing campaigns

  • In-depth knowledge of client acquisition, digital marketing, social media etc

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders

  • Fluent English, advanced knowledge of Polish

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Very good organization, planning and prioritization skills ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team

  • Very good coaching, mentoring and team management skills

  • Very good experience in actively managing marketing funnel and all stages of customer journey

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a track record of using data to drive decision-making
