Job description
Salary: 18 000 - 24 000 PLN net + VAT (B2B) or 15 000 - 20 000 PLN gross (CoE)

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Account Growth Manager to join our team and assist our Account Managers in their daily activities. As a Account Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing support and coordination to enhance our sales processes and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
As an Account Growth Manager you will:
Lead the sales efforts by setting and achieving sales targets and revenue goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, including cross-selling and upselling
Develop and execute strategic account growth plans to achieve revenue and expansion targets
Work on expanding the number of stakeholders for clients and mapping the contact network
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
Gain a deep understanding of client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide customized IT solutions
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitability
Create and deliver presentations and proposals to win new business within existing accounts
Analyze account data and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients
Utilize data-driven strategies to drive account growth and identify areas for improvement
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product delivery teams to ensure the delivery of value to clients
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns
Work to ensure long-term client loyalty and retention
Job requirements
You are the right candidate if you have:
Solid experience (several years) as a New Business Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar role, focusing on IT clients account growth
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Wide experience in B2B custom IT selling
Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with others.
Results-driven with a strong customer-centric approach
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret account data

Willingness to travel to Wrocław once a quarter for 1-2 days (travel costs covered)
