Salary: 12000 - 18000 PLN net + VAT (B2B) or 10500 - 15500 PLN gross (CoE)

We’re looking for a Project Manager (Mid-level) to join our Project Management team and help ensure smooth, efficient delivery across our portfolio. In this role, you’ll manage small to mid-sized projects, support operational processes, and assist the delivery team in maintaining high standards of execution. You’ll be responsible for coordinating tasks, tracking progress, updating project documentation, and supporting internal governance and reporting.

This is a great fit for someone with great communication skills, problem-solving attitude, and who is motivated by keeping projects running on time, on scope, and within budget.

As a Project Manager you will:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of small and mid-size projects, ensuring budget, timelines, scope, and quality standards are met

  • Define project plans, manage schedules, and coordinate cross-functional teams to keep work on track

  • Maintain project governance documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards

  • Monitor project performance, preparing regular status updates, reports, and dashboards

  • Monitor project budgets, keeping track of spent hours and costs, and flagging variances early

  • Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation

  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle

  • Run project ceremonies (kick-offs, stand-ups, retros, reviews, etc.) and ensure good meeting hygiene

  • Improve project delivery processes, proposing and implementing enhancements within the PM and delivery teams

  • Contribute to internal PM initiatives, including tooling, documentation, and operational improvements

Job requirements

You are the right candidate if you have:

  • Around 2 years of experience as IT Project Manager, ideally in a fast-paced software environment

  • Strong ownership mindset — you feel accountable for delivering outcomes, not just tasks

  • Great attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and switch context efficiently

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

  • Analytical mindset and confidence in working with reports, metrics, and project data

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly structure updates, requirements, and stakeholder messages

  • Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and Polish (C1/native)

  • A process-oriented approach with a drive for continuous improvement

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Notion, Confluence, and Google Workspace

Nice to have:

  • Ability to create simple process maps, workflows, or documentation

  • Hands-on experience with project reporting or building dashboards (e.g., in Notion, Sheets, Jira)

  • Understanding of basic software development concepts
