We are looking for an experienced, driven Marketing Manager to lead our team, focusing on B2B growth and lead generation. This role requires strong project management, expertise in ABM and digital marketing, with a focus on business outcomes and building a qualified SQL pipeline. The Marketing Manager will serve as a pivotal leadership role within the organization, responsible for translating high-level strategic goals into actionable marketing roadmaps and specific B2B outreach tactics to drive growth and lead generation.

As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

• Growth & Lead Generation: Plan and execute B2B growth marketing strategies, including ABM, focused on lead generation, building a qualified SQL pipeline and optimizing conversions.

• Marketing Team Leadership & Management: Coach, manage performance (KPIs, improvement plans), oversee budget/resources, and maintain the marketing backlog.

• Content, Promotion, and Strategy: Develop and scale performance marketing initiatives (SEO, content, paid channels), translate technology trends into a marketing roadmap, ensure consistent messaging, and coordinate brand visibility activities, including managing international event promotions.

• Website Oversight: Manage the company website in collaboration with a development agency, ensuring content is current, SEO optimized, and using analytics to improve traffic and conversion rates.

• Data Management & Analysis: Prepare reports for management and the supervisory board. Analyze website and lead generation results to extract conclusions, and plan subsequent actions.

• Cross-Team Execution & Backlog Management: Co-creating and maintaining a joint backlog with the Sales and Technical R&D teams. Responsible for weekly execution monitoring, ensuring the timely delivery of tasks, and continuously adding new initiatives into the pipeline to drive business growth.

You are the right candidate if you have:

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience overall, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.

• Strong Project Management: Proven ability to plan, schedule, execute, monitor progress, and ensure accountability. Experience in effective stakeholders leadership.

• B2B & Growth Focus: Strong focus on growth activities, ABM, outbound, and lead generation.

• Business Outcomes Mindset: Focus on measurable business results and effective sales support.

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on B2B digital marketing (content, demand gen, channels), successful ABM track record, HubSpot knowledge, LinkedIn Ads experience, working knowledge of SEO.

• Data-Driven: Highly analytical, capable of funnel analysis, drawing conclusions, and using data for planning.

• Strategic Insight: Excellent understanding of the market/technology and latest marketing trends (Open Source experience a plus). Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging B2B marketing trends and technologies.

• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) and excellent command of Polish

• Resilience and Adaptability: Effectively maintain strategic focus and performance amidst organizational changes, fast-paced project demands, and evolving market conditions.

• Ability to use modern AI tooling and implementing it into daily work of the team.
