Salary: 12 000 - 16 000 PLN net + VAT (B2B) or 10 500 - 13 500 PLN gross (CoE)

We’re looking for a Project Management Coordinator to join our Project Management team and support the creation of the Project Management Office and the delivery team in maintaining high operational standards. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our projects run smoothly, our processes are followed, and our reporting and governance stay updated. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, precision, and coordination. You'll manage small projects and support our internal initiatives

As a Project Management Coordinator you will:

  • Support Project Managers in day-to-day project operations

  • Take ownership of small maintenance and internal projects

  • Assist in resource planning and allocation across projects

  • Maintain project governance documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards

  • Prepare and manage reports and dashboards related to project performance and utilization

  • Track project risks, actions, and deliverables

  • Help streamline internal PMO processes and tools

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PM team

Job requirements

You are the right candidate if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a coordination, PM support, or junior project management role (preferably in IT)

  • Great attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and switch context efficiently

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

  • Analytical mindset and confidence in working with reports and data

  • Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and Polish (C1/native)

  • Basic experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies

  • Experience with resource management or project portfolio tracking

  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and invoicing principles
